Performance History

Clarity of Intent -A company should not invest in anything that does not materially improve the business and further its progress towards its aims. It is absolutely necessary to clearly articulate what is to be gained from a systems investment.

Every system must have a purpose - a purpose that is clearly articulated, understood, and agreed upon. Companies should frame their investments in systems in terms of the goals and objectives of the business.

Every project begins with understanding the most pressing issues that the client faces, the goals and direction of the company, and the scope of control and influence of the executive sponsors. This step is important because it builds mutual understanding between TEKNOVARE and the client on what matters the most, where to begin, and the boundaries of the effort.

Using a structured interviewing technique, we identify and clarify the explicit needs of the client sponsors. Explicit needs are distinct in that they are not just statements of dissatisfaction or difficulty with the current situation - they are problems which the client clearly desires or intends to act upon in order to solve. This process allows us to identify the problems on which our efforts should be focused and to begin to understand the benefit, both economic and otherwise, of the effort.
