Discipline in Implementation -Once the requirements definition is complete, the system is designed, built, and tested.
Because of the nature of the requirements definition, the physical creation of the system is a straight-forward and productive process. The process tends to be very fluid and iterative, with design, build, test, and revision occurring simultaneously on different parts of the system.
New knowledge which is inevitably gained in this phase is quickly and easily assimilated into the models and into the application until the entire system is complete.
We are emphatic about the application of rigor and discipline throughout the process. In fact, we believe that discipline in process is one of the key factors on which the success of our business depends. Without discipline, there really is no process, and without process, there can be no predictability in results.
